"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Anyone who went to Grandma Eula and Grandpa Johnny’s house usually saw a pot of soupy spaghetti on her stove. That was her signature dish and all us grandkids loved it. My Mom, Betty Francis Achord Thompson, carried on the tradition of cooking soupy spaghetti for her kids and grandkids and I do the same. They all love this simple and inexpensive recipe. The kids today say that it’s almost like a homemade ramen noodle recipe but tastes better.
