1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 bananas
1T lemon juice
1 oz unsweetened chocolate (grated)
1 pie shell
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream a half cup butter with about a cup and a half of powdered sugar, creaming well.
Add two eggs, one at a time, beating three minutes with the medium speed of your mixture after each addition.
Blend in one T of lemon juice.

Reserve twelve slices of banana for garnish.

Fold one square (1 ounce) of ujnsweeetened chocolate, grated and the bananas into the sugar/egg mixture.

Turn this filling into a cooled, baked pie shell.

Garnish with 1/4 c chopped walnuts and the banana slices.

Chill for two to three hours. This pie is best best when served on the same day it was made.
