Sauce:
¼ cup sugar
½ cup cider vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ cup oil
¾ cup soy sauce
Chili oil or chili paste to taste
2 tbsp each garlic and fresh ginger, chopped

1½ lb Angel hair pasta, cooked
⅓ head red cabbage, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 large carrots, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together sauce ingredients. Add to cooked pasta and toss til thoroughly mixed. Add vegetables and mix well.
