Directions:
Best cooked in an over sized non stick pan with a lid. Cook the beef until about 3/4 finished and simmer off or drain water liquid from the beef, add peppers, onions and season with lemon pepper, garlic powder(can sub minced garlic if desired) red pepper, black pepper, and some oregano for desired flavor, cook until vegetables are softened but not completely cooked, then add broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and Italian squash, and cook until the rest of the vegetables are tender, add stir fry sauce or general TSO sauce and serve with rice.

***All vegetables chopped approx 1/4' by 2 strips so that when cooked they mix well, but don't turn into a mushy mess.
