1 scoop Vanilla Protein (We use Costco Whey Protein 27 g to 1 scoop)
1 scoop Ground Peanuts (the same size scoop as the protein)
2 Tblsp of local honey (if you want)
or
2 Tblsp of water, just enough to mix up and be able to spread

2 Green Apple (or whatever is your favorite)
