2 Tbsp butter or margarine

8 oz boneless chicken breasts, cut into stripes

¼ c chopped red pepper

½ c frozen peas

⅓ c grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

2 envelopes Lipton Cream of Chicken flavor cup-of-soup

1½ c milk

6 oz. cooked bows or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bows or rice while cooking chicken. In large skillet, melt butter and stir in chicken with red pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Add peas, cheese, garlic powder and soup. Blend with milk . Simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Toss with hot bows or rice.
