1 8oz and 1 3oz box of cream cheese
3 wedges of Roquefort cheese
1 5oz jar of Old English sharp cheese
1 TBSP butter
2 TBSP of white wine
1 small clove of garlic grated
1 cup of fine nut meat (pecans are good choice)
1 cup of parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients using only 1/3 cup of the nuts and parsley. Mix the remaining parsley and nuts together to roll the cheese ball in. After rolled, refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

I usually make this into 2 cheese balls and serve them with the beef cheese balls.They are usually a hit with the beef cheese ball beating out my personal favorite of the Roquefort cheese ball!
