2 boxes of 8 ounce cream cheese
1 jar dried beef - 3 ounces - chopped
4-5 green onions chopped fine
1 to 2 TBSP mayonaise

Directions:

Mix and shape into one or two cheese balls depending on what you want and roll in chopped raw peanuts with a little chopped parsley thrown in.
