Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use less sugar(4-5 C.) in my jam than Lena's recipe calls for. She cooked her berries whole. As the mixture cooks the berries cook into a thick liquid leaving plenty of pieces of berry in the jam to make it very yummy. I cook mine this way too, it gives the taste of eating a fresh strawberry sandwich! I do not make mine shelf ready but store in jars in the freezer. Leave room in jar for expanding when freezing.
