Cake:
2 c. white sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can (20) oz.) crushed pineapple, with juice
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs

Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.

Cake:
In mixer bowl, combine all cake ingredients together, mix well until batter is smooth.
Pour cake batter into prepared baking dish.
Bake in 350º oven for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.

Frosting:
In small mixer bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar; cream until smooth.
Add vanilla; mix well.
Spread on cooled cake.
