1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
1 lb. Mixed Candied Fruit
C. Dried Dates
C. Red Candied Cherries
C. Green Candied Cherries
C. Candied Pineapple
1 lb. Pecans
1 C. Flaked Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add fruit and nuts with enough flour to lightly coat to prevent from sinking.
2. Add sweetened milk and gently stir together.
3. Pour into one large or two small loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 250 for 1 hours.
5. Cool partially in pans then remove to wax paper to cool completely.

This tastes more like a fruited candy than a cake. Be sure to bake completely or it will just crumble.
