1 lb. ground beef
2 envelopes of dry onion soup mix (1 box)
2 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 cup cooked white rice
2 large green peppers, diced
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown beef. Add soup mix to beef and heat.

In a large pot, bring to boil: tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, diced green peppers, bouillon cubes, brown sugar, vinegar and water. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 30-40 min until peppers are soft.

Add beef and rice, heating through.

Serve with crackers and shredded cheese.
