Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
salt and pepper
1 cup chicken broth
4-6 slices of swiss cheese
1 (10½ oz can) cream of chicken soup
1 (10½ oz can) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing (I use a good ole box of stovetop ;] )
½ cup melted butter
I usually add a bag of frozen green beans for a veggie

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, place in the bottom of the crockpot.

Pour broth over chicken breasts.

Put one slice of cheese on each breast. (This is where I add the green beans.)

Combine both cans of soup and milk to make gravy and pour on top of chicken, then add the stuffing mix.

Drizzle stuffing mix with melted butter.

Cook on low for 6 hrs or high for 3.

I usually make mashed potatoes to go with it! Sonny loves this one :)
