1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 (10½ oz can) fat free cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. fat free sour cream
1 (1¼ ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
(I add extra mushrooms because we like them)

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen chicken in the bottom of crockpot.

Mix soup, sour cream and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken (and mushrooms if you've added them.)

Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours.

Serve over rice, pasta, or noodles.
