1½ teaspoon Accent
1½ teaspoon salt (or use Adolph's Meat Tenderizer)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon instant minced onion
½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon powdered rosemary (or use leaf)
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
1 clove garlic, split
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup salad oil
1 flank steak, 1½ - 2 pounds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tenderize steak, if desired, using product directions. ( If using tenderizer, delete Accent & salt.)
2. Mix all ingredients except steak. (This is the marinade).
3. Place steak in a glass or enamel container. Add marinade.
4. Marinate for 4 hours or overnifht, turning meat occasionally.
5. Remove meat from marinade and broil or grill until desired doneness, turning once.
Don't overcook!
6. Cut in very thin diagonal slices.
