Ingredients:

Potatoes:
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter, melted

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. chopped nuts - walnuts or pecans
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Bake in buttered 9"x13" baking dish.

Potatoes:
In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter; mix well.
Pour mixture into a buttered 9"x13" baking dish.

Topping:
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, nuts, butter and flour; mixed well.
Spread over potato mixture in buttered 9"x13" baking dish.

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
