1 c. Gluten Free Bisquick mix
1 c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil (for frying)
1 egg
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, whip together Bisquick, milk, egg and sour cream; mix well.
Stir in blueberries.
Pour oil into skillet or on griddle; heat on medium setting.
Pour 1/4 c. of batter into skillet/griddle per pancake.
Serve with your favorite syrup.
