1 pound ground beef
1 (15.5 ounce) Sloppy Joe Mix
1 (11 ounce) Can Mexicorn
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (6 ounce) can refrigerator biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Brown ground beef (season with onions and spices, if desired). Drain excess grease. Add sloppy joe mix and corn. Cook 3 minutes until heated through. Spoon mixture into ungreased 8" x 8" casserole. Top with shredded cheese. Cut biscuits in half; place cut side down all over the top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
