2 tbsp margarine
1 small onion sliced
1 can (10-1/2 oz) Campbell's Broccoli Cheese soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3-1/2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in soup, milk, and pepper. Heat to boiling and add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
