3/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2/3 Cup Cacao Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Large Egg
2 Large Egg Whites
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup 0 Calorie Stevia Sweetener
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Place a strainer over a bowl. Spoon applesauce into the strainer and set aside to drain for about 15 min. ( there should be about 1/2 cup drained applesauce) Discard the liquid in the bowl.

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 11x7" baking pan.

In a medium bowl combine flours, cocoa powder and salt.

In a large bowl beat egg and egg whites until frothy. Add sugars, drained applesauce and vanilla. Stir until sugars dissolve.

Add flour mixture and dark chocolate chips. Stir just till moistened.

Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake about 30 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs on it.

Cool in pan on wire rack.
