40 FRESH RED CHILI PEPPERS
2 FRESH GINGER
1 LARGE ONION
7 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 BUNCH SCALLION CHOPPED SMALL
SALT TO TASTE
2 TBSP SUGAR
2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
2 TBS THICK BLACK SOY SAUCE
2 TBS SESAME OIL

Directions:
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO BLENDER AND MAKE PASTE. THEN PLACE IN POT AND ADD 2 TBS OIL AND 2 TBS WATER AND MIX WELL AND BRING TO A BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES. IF TOO HOT ADD A BIT MORE SUGAR.
