8 hot dog
8 slices bacon
1 cup minced onion
1 garlic clove minced
1 8 oz can tomato
1/2 tsp. salt
1 dash pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp. Drain most of bacon fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
