1/4 cup butter
1 - 29oz can peach slices, do not drain
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
dash of nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Microwave butter in 2 qt. glass baking dish at high for 30 to 60 seconds.
Add fruit WITH juice to melted butter. DO NOT STIR.
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir in Milk. Pour mixture over peaches. DO NOT STIR.
Microwave on High, for about 15 minutes. Does sometimes boil over.
Sprinkle with nutmeg after cooking.
Great warm with ice cream or after it has cooled.
