1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 - 4 oz. can shrimp, drained
2 Tbsp. dried chives
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pastry for 48 small tarts or 24 medium tarts. Heat milk over low heat and add cream cheese (softened) or cut into small cubes. Mix until smooth. Slowly add cheese mixture to eggs. Blend. Separating 48 shrimp from the rest of the ingredients, add the rest of the shrimp, chives and pepper to the cheese mixture. Spoon 1 Tbsp. filling into each tart shell. Bake at 350 for 2 - 25 minutes or just until set. Garnish with remaining shrimp. (May be frozen until needed)
