3 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 can flaked tuna
1 Tbsp. lemon juice


BISCUITS
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. shortening
3 Tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk (approx.)

FILLING
Brown onions and green peppers with margarine. Add salt, flour, milk and soup. Cook until thick and smooth. Add tuna and lemon juice. Pour into greased baking pan and top with following biscuits.

BISCUITS
Mix all ingredients, add milk to give tea biscuits consistency. Roll into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch thick. Cover with grated cheese and chopped parsley. Roll up like a jelly roll. Slice into pinwheels. Place on top of tuna mixture. Bake in a 425 degree oven until tea biscuits are done.
