1 Jar ( Large) Salsa
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream ( If needed)
1 LB Ground Beef
Grated Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ½ jar Salsa and Cream Cheese till creamy, add sour cream if not creamy enough. Pour mixture over bottom of casserole dish. Brown ground beef and add rest of Salsa to meat. Pour over Salsa mixture. Grate Cheese over top.
