1 lb. red salmon (2cans – 213 g each)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
2 Tsp. Horseradish
1 Tsp. grated onion (raw) or onion salt
¼ Tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
¼ Tsp. Angostura Bitters (in small yellow bottle)
¼ Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and mix all ingredients together. (you can use salmon skinless and boneless which is easier than picking out the bones and skin). Top with chopped nuts (optional). Best if made a day or two ahead for better flavor. Serve on French bread, baguette bread, pumpernickel bread or crackers.
Recipe can be doubled if making for a large crowd. Enjoy.
