6 Oz cheese including strong cheese eg. Blue cheese
1 Egg
1 TBSP Cream
Pinch Salt
Pinch White Pepper
PUFF Pastry
Directions:
Directions:
Cut sheet of puff pastry into 24 squares.
Spray tart tins with Pam fit pastry into Pan.
Process all other ingredients in food processor to fine texture.
Fill tarts & Bake at 400 deg. for 15 - 20 min.
