½ pound of bread
1 egg
⅓ cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
salt
pepper
1 Tblsp. sage
1Tblsp poultry seasoning
1 small can chicken broth

6 Pork Chops
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except Pork Chops. Dressing should be moist.
Place in buttered baking dish.
Coat pork chops with flour and brown in skillet, then place on top of dressing.
Bake covered 45-60 Min. at 325º
