Pack of stew meat
1 onion
1 bell pepper
salt/pepper.garlic powder to taste
vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Take corn oil and fry down your onion first. Remove from oil, then fry down your cut up bell pepper, then remove. Season your meat, and fry down in the corn oil, add some vinegar and cook down until really brown, keep browning and add a little water, then a little vinegar. Cook down until tender, repeating with vinegar and water. Then add back your onion and bell pepper, and you should have a nice gravy at this time, salt and pepper to taste.
