3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoons salt.
2 cups water
2/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt
Stir in water, oil, vinegar, vanilla
Fill lined muffin cups 1/2 full.

Cream Filling
Mix together cream cheese, egg , sugar, salt and chocolate chips

Drop 1 teaspoons of cream filling into muffin cups.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
