8 ounces cream cheese
2 pounds powdered sugar
1 teaspoon flavoring (peppermint or almond or spearmint)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and knead.
Add food coloring as desired.
Roll into ball and dip in sugar.
Press into mold or flatten with fork. Let sit out for several days.
