1 package Oreo cookies, smashed
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Freeze
Mix the following; bring to a boil, stirring constantly
2 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 cups evaporated milk
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup Spanish peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oreos and butter; press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan; cool.
Top with ice cream and freeze
Mix together the powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and butter; bring to a boil, stirring constantly
Add vanilla
cool
Put peanuts on top of ice cream, pour cooled sauce over
Freeze
