Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The introduction of Beyond Meat burger patties and now Impossiblemburger, into the vegan market inspired me to attempt to recreate grandma Penfields meat loaf recipe.

This new product is amazing! Making it possible to nearly recreate her recipe perfectly! Sans meat, eggs or dairy!
