1 – package of lemon jello powder
2 – cups tomato juice
½ tsp. – salt (unless the juice is quite salty)
½ tsp. – paprika
1 ½ tsp. – sugar
1 tbsp. – finely chopped onion
½ tsp. – basil
½ tsp. – Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring one cup of tomato juice to a boil and dissolve the jelly powder in it. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour carefully into an attractive bowl or mold. Chill until set.

This recipe is a variation of one of Mom's favourites. I couldn't find her original recipe as she kept it in her head. And we never got together to record it in the computer. But this one is very close to her's.
