1 1/2 c warm water
2 T sugar
1 T yeast
2 t sea salt
2 T butter
4-5 c bread flour or all purpose flour
1/4 c butter
1 t garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Let stand 10 minutes, will be nice and foamy. Then mix in 2 t salt, 2 T soft butter and 3 cups of flour. Keep adding flour until you get a nice soft dough and pulls away from the side of the bowl and not sticky. Let rise 1 hour.You can put a pan of water in the oven, turn on 170 degrees, then shut off oven and let rise in the oven. After it has doubled, punch down and make 16 balls. Take each ball and roll into a snake. Put on a greased sheet. Let rise 115-30 minutes. doubled in size. Bake at 400º 15-30 min. Melt 1/4 c butter and garlic powder. Brush on unbaked dough, then again after it comes out the oven.
