2 pounds fresh carrots
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup tomato soup
1 cup vegetable soup
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and clean carrots.
2. Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Drain.
3. Allow to cool until able to cut carrots into 1/8-1/4-inch thick slices.
4. Mix all ingredients together and let stand overnight before serving.
Will keep well in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
