1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 jar (20-25 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 small onion
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and sausage in olive oil, then drain if necessary (fatty)

Add diced onion, garlic and spices and cook until aromatic and onions are translucent

Add tomatoes and spaghetti sauce and simmer at least 1/2 hour

Serve over any kind of pasta (including cheese/meat tortellini)
