2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mis
2/3 cup milk
1 lb sausage

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450º.
1. Create dough with Bisquick mix and milk.
3. On wax paper , roll out dough. Make it as close to a large thin square as possible.
4. Spread out sausage (uncooked) on dough. (it spreads easier if you put sausage in microwave
for 20 to 30 seconds).
5. Start on one side and roll toward the other, creating a large log shape.
6. (wrap in wax paper and put towel over it and place in freezer for around 15 minutes if you want
to slice easier. Not necessary though)
7. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
