2 8-ounce pkgs cream cheese, softened in mixer bowl.
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 Tbsp minced green onions
1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well.

Shape in a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

Roll the chilled cheese ball in chopped pecans before serving.
