5 1/2 cups of flour
2 cups of lard (or shortening)
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 egg
1 Tablespoon of vinegar
water

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 cup-add 1 egg, 1 Tablespoon of vinegar and fill cup with water. Mix together with mixer or by hand. Makes 6 single crusts, store in refrigerator for up to one month.
