2 jars of Kraft Old English cheese spread (or a substitute)
1/2 of a 3 ounce pkg Roquefort cheese
10 ounces of Philadelphia cream cheese
2 Tbsp grated fresh onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped parsley



Directions:
Directions:
Let cheeses soften. Combine them with onion and Worcester sauce. Blend very well in electric mixer bowl.
Stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped pecans and 1/4 cup of the parsley.
Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.

About one hour before serving, roll ball in mixture of the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and 1/4 cup of chopped parsley.

Serve with crackers.

This is an old recipe from Judy Forshays recipe box, and it may be hard to find the Kraft cheese spread.
