DRESSING
Zest from one lemon
Juice from one lemon (should be minimum 3 tbsp, use bottled juice if needed)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
½ tsp salt
½ c olive oil
2-3 tbsp sour cream

SALAD
10 c romaine lettuce
1 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
1½ c croutons (usually homemade with garlic powder)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mason jar, combine all dressing ingredients. With lid on, shake to mix until smooth.
In large bowl combine lettuce and cheese. Add dressing and toss. Just before serving add croutons.
