6 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 cloves garlic minced
16 ounces of mushrooms, cleaned and destemmed
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Remove stems from mushrooms. Place mushroom caps hollow-side up in a buttered baking dish. Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly, and spoon into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired, and bake for 20 minutes.
