1 cup whipping cream
1 (Il oz) package white chocolate morsels
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/3 cup fresh key lime juice
1 nine inch graham cracker crust or your favorite pie crust recipe.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream and white chocolate morsels in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook 5 minutes or in till morsels melt, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add sour cream, lime rind and juice; stir well. Pour into crust.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours.

My pie crust recipe:

1 stick butter flavored Crisco
2 cups flour
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup granulated sugar

Mix together to form ball. Roll out between saran wrap. Place in pie pan and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes. Cool completely.
