Mashed Potatoes (these can be made anyway you like them)

Ground Beef
Carrots, diced
Onion, diced
Frozen peas
Worchestershire Sauce
Beef Stock

Brown beef in EVOO
Add Salt and Pepper
Once brown, add carrots and onions and cook till tender

In another pan, melt butter and flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Whisk in stock and Worshestershire and cook till it slightly thickens
Add gravy to meet and vegetables
Stir in peas

Put mixture in either separate bowls or in one large baking dish (be sure to use Pam and spray pans first)
Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with paprika

Bake till brown and serve
