1 pound spinach, washed and drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 can bean sprouts, wash and drain
2 boiled eggs, sliced thin

DRESSING:
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
salt to taste
3/4 cup ketchup
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine dressing ingredients in a blender, mix and then refrigerate.
2. When ready to serve, combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
3. Remove dressing from refrigerator and shake well.
4. Add salad dressing in small amounts to spinach mixture until amount desired. (There will be extra
dressing remaining.)
