2 cups zucchini- boiled and mashed
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven 375 degrees

Grease cookie sheet

Mix all ingredients together!

Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cookies are golden brown
