Low fat Twinkies
3 bananas
Large can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 9X13 dish with 7 split Twinkies. Next layer is sliced bananas. Next layer is drained pineapple.
Mix pudding according to directions on box and pour over above layers. Top layer is Cool Whip. Add chopped nuts on top, if desired.

You can use any fresh fruit you like; strawberries are great. Best to make this the same say you will serve it.
