"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. sugar
1 Naval Orange (medium or large)
1 (8 oz.) tub of sour cream
1 stick butter
2 cans of crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven as directed on can of crescent rolls. Use a testing tool or knife to remove about 2 Tbsp. of orange zest from your orange. Set aside. Leaving the rind on the orange cut it into squares.
Unroll crescent rolls and take an orange quarter and squeeze a little of the juice on to the inside of the crescent rolls before you roll them up.When finished, roll them up individually as you normally would and place them in a 9X13 baking dish/pan/sheet. Make sure they are touching each other. Bake as directed on can.
While they are baking, take the sugar, orange zest, butter and sour cream and put in a small pot. Squeeze 1/2 of your orange into the mixture. Simmer until very creamy, until like a glaze consistency. Careful not to scorch. When the crescent rolls are done, pour glaze directly over rolls and serve hot/warm.
